The Ehrhardt Farm is a historic rice farm that was enrolled into the NRCS/USDA Wetland Reserve Program in 2013. All levees and shallow water management features were constructed and installed by 2017. There is a pond (2ac) in the middle of the property that generally holds water. Water can be pumped into the property in late summer to prepare for waterfowl season. The NRCS allows for shallow water management, Levees have 15' tops. The tract is especially know for holding specklebelly geese, blue-winged teal and gadwall.
